• Return Policy: Returns Policy 1. The right to withdraw from the contract is granted to: The Buyer who is a consumer The Buyer who is a natural person, concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, and the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity. In a situation where the persons referred to in point 1 concluded a contract remotely or off-premises, the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in this way: without giving a reason; within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. 2. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individual needs, as resulting from Art. 38 point 3) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, in particular, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to orders for personalized goods made to the Buyer's special order (e.g., in terms of print, color, or pattern). 3. The Buyer who wishes to exercise this right should submit an appropriate declaration. 4. The declaration referred to in paragraph 2 can be submitted by sending a declaration to the Seller's e-mail address: yeulakova@gmail.com. 5. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period. 6. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the contract is considered null and void, and the parties are obliged to return any payments received from the other party. 7. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. 8. Goods can only be returned via the same courier company that delivered them to the Buyer. 9. The costs of returning the goods (i.e., direct shipping costs, securing the goods, packaging, etc.) are borne by the Buyer. 10. The returned goods must not show any signs of use, must be complete, and packaged in a manner that ensures their undamaged and safe return. If the returned goods show signs of damage received before return or during transport to the Seller (received due to improper packaging of the goods by the Buyer), the Seller has the right not to refund the Buyer the price of the goods paid. 11. In the event of receiving a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund the Buyer the payments made for the goods after receiving them and after assessing their value and safety. 12. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller. 13. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution. The Buyer will not incur any additional costs related to this refund.
